3. Open Settings 

4. Find 'Videos in News Feed Start with Sound' 

5. Toggle the on button and it will switch off  

The steps for Android and iOS are same except to navigate to settings in Android you have to go to right hand top corner for three line button and in iOS the same is located at the bottom hand right corner.
