Boston Red Sox's Coach Fined For Waring Apple Watch During MLB Game

Boston Red Sox's Coach Ariel Prieto has been penalised for wearing an Apple watch during the game against New York Yankees. The game was around a month ago when New York Yankee formally filed a complaint to the MLB. Yankees claim that the device was being used to steal the signs made by their team during the game.

As per the rule the MLB does not permit any players or  coaches to wear any kind of electronic devices, camera, watches, or any other gadgets for video recordings.

After the investigation the League officials have cleared him of any charges and they have taken a look at the Prieto's smart watch and they did not find any kind of misleading baseball communications while the game.

Coach Ariel Prieto has been fined for this and he will be paying his fine to the  relief funds of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico the MLB said in a statement.

We hope the Diamondbacks coach to keep his watch in locker room this Friday during the game against LA Dodgers.
